I'm not seeing all shipping carriers at checkout.

Available shipping options at checkout are based on the areas in which they service. For example, Flashbox only delivers within a certain area in the GTA and would not be able to ship outside their service area.

When will I receive my order?

Each carrier will have tracking information which you will find in your delivery email for your order. If by chance tracking information is not provided please email us at orders@halecoffee.com and we will provide it for carriers that have this ability.

For orders which Hale delivers, our driver plans their route on the day of delivery and so if you need an estimate on timing please again email us at orders@halecoffee.com and we will provide the latest update.
